Local news - Man charged in head on collision that killed pregnant woman

A Minneapolis man accused of killing a pregnant woman and her unborn child in a head on collision while under the influence of drugs has been charged, according to police.
Thirty-six-year-old Mark Franklin Jr. has been charged with multiple criminal vehicular counts for killing 39-year-old Ubah Hussen, who was pregnant with what would have been her 11th child, according to CBS local.
Franklin admitted to emergency workers that he had taken PCP prior to driving, according to Kare 11.
Investigators said Franklin had been driving the wrong direction down a one-way street at a high speed and had crashed into several parked cars before colliding with Hussen's vehicle.
Hussen leaves behind her husband and 10 remaining children.
