Vikings star wideout Stefon Diggs was fined $200,000 by the team for missing multiple practices and meetings throughout the week leading up to Sunday's game vs. the Giants.

The pro-bowler skipped meetings and practices Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before returning to the team Thursday, according to Fox News.

Diggs nonetheless suited up in the Vikings 28-10 victory in New Jersey Sunday, catching 3 passes for 44 yards. Head coach Mike Zimmer said Friday that Diggs had "already been punished," alluding to the fines, according to the Star Tribune.

Diggs insisted following the game that the issue was in the past. "It was never not good," he said about his relationship with the team, after trade rumors kicked up during the week. "I'm here and I want to win."

The Vikings are not looking to trade Diggs, but would consider moving the valuable receiver in the case of a "massive offer," according to the Star Tribune.
